Our facility's basic approach to food allergy response
- We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage of our hotel.
The restaurant and kitchen at this facility are used in daily cooking operations.
Eight specific ingredients: wheat, eggs, milk, buckwheat, shrimp, crab, walnuts, peanuts, etc.
We handle foods and ingredients that contain allergens, and we cook them using the same kitchen utensils.
Although cooking utensils are thoroughly washed, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be mixed into the food depending on the facility environment.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that this facility is unable to provide food that is completely free of allergens.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
Furthermore, at this facility, we conduct pre-visit interviews to inquire about any foods that guests cannot eat due to allergies, religious beliefs, dislikes, or other reasons.
However, in order to avoid food waste, we only accept reservations up to three days before your stay.
